We're excited to share some news with you! XenCustomize.com has made the switch from WooCommerce to DragonByte eCommerce.
Since our launch last July, we've been using WooCommerce to sell add-ons. As our product offerings grew to include 11 add-ons with over 55 releases, managing everything across two separate platforms—WooCommerce (for the shop) and XenForo (for the support forum)—became increasingly challenging. Therefore, we decided to transition to DragonByte eCommerce.
We've migrated all existing customer accounts and their licenses to the new system within XenForo. With this upgraded platform, it's much easier for customers to continue downloading their purchased add-ons and renewing their expired or active licenses, as well as using the support forum and private support tickets.
In the future, we plan to introduce more exciting add-ons to expand the product lineup at XenCustomize.com.
