At XenCustomize.com, we take great pride in delivering high-quality, well-tested add-ons. Every product is carefully developed, tested, and clearly presented with detailed descriptions and screenshots so you know exactly what you are purchasing.

For this reason, we clearly state on our shopping cart and in our License Agreement that orders are non-refundable once purchased and downloaded.

In very rare cases, we receive refund requests from individuals who may not fully review the product details beforehand, or who have unrealistic expectations. Sometimes expectations are based on personal assumptions, imagined features, or future possibilities that are not part of the product.

We always recommend purchasing an add-on based on the features available today, not on expectations of future changes or personal interpretations. It is simply not possible to match every individual expectation beyond what is clearly described.

These situations do not reflect the quality or accuracy of our products, but they can create unnecessary complications.

As a small and dedicated development team, we aim to maintain a respectful and professional environment. In the past, in a few rare cases where individuals insisted on refunds through pressure or threats (such as negative reviews), we have taken the step of permanently restricting those accounts from future purchases and renewals.

Because of this, users who ignore our policies or behave in a disruptive manner may be restricted from future purchases, including new orders and renewals.

The purpose of this notice is simply to keep everything clear and transparent for everyone.

If you are unsure about any product, we strongly encourage you to ask questions before making a purchase.
We are always happy to help.
If you ever encounter a bug, you can simply report it. Like all software, minor issues can occasionally occur and are addressed in updates. Even platforms like XenForo follow the same process of continuous improvement. So because of this, requesting refunds after purchase is not considered valid.
