[XenCustomize] Add-On License Agreement

By purchasing and using XenCustomize add-ons ("the Add-On") from XenCustomize.com, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this License Agreement. Please read this agreement carefully. By installing, using, or accessing the Add-On, you signify your acceptance of this License Agreement.

1. Scope of License

• This License is non-transferable and non-exclusive.
• You are granted the right to:
  • Install and use the Add-On on a single XenForo installation for one public domain as specified during purchase.
  • Create password-protected test installations for development or staging purposes, provided they are clearly marked and not used in production.
• The License does not permit you to:
  • Rent, lease, sell, redistribute, sub-license, or transfer the Add-On without prior written consent from the Licensor.
  • Use the Add-On on multiple installations without purchasing additional licenses for each instance.

2. License Validation and Domain Requirements

• During registration, you must provide:
  • Your XenForo License Validation Token.
  • The domain name where the Add-On will be installed.
• It is your responsibility to keep this information accurate and up-to-date.
• If the Licensor cannot verify a valid XenForo license, domain, or the legitimate use of the Add-On (including evidence of its use on a live and established website):
  • The Licensor reserves the right to suspend or terminate your license and account without notice.
• The website you intend to use the product on must be valid and verifiable by the Licensor. If the website URL is found to be invalid, not live, or not in production, your access to downloads may be disabled.
• It is your responsibility to always keep your license information up-to-date. To make updates, go to your licenses and click the "Edit" button.

3. Refund Policy and Technical Compatibility

• No Refunds: Due to the digital nature of the software, all sales are final. Once the Add-On is purchased and downloaded, it is strictly non-refundable.
• Technical Responsibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure their server environment (e.g., Nginx, LiteSpeed, PHP versions) and third-party integrations (e.g., IDM, Cloudflare) are compatible.
• "As-Is" Provision: The Add-On is provided "AS-IS." We do not guarantee compatibility with every specific server configuration or third-party add-on.
• Pre-Sale Inquiries: If you have specific technical requirements, you must ask via our "Pre-Sale Questions" section before purchasing.

4. Anti-Piracy and Distribution Policy

• Sharing, distributing, or disseminating the Add-On, including but not limited to "nulled forums" or unauthorized third parties, is strictly prohibited.
• If unauthorized distribution is detected:
  • Your license will be revoked immediately.
  • Access to downloads and support for current and future versions of the Add-On will be terminated.
  • The Licensor reserves the right to take legal action against individuals or entities engaging in piracy.

5. Copyright and Branding Removal Policy

• Copyright notices and branding included with the Add-On must remain intact unless a branding removal license is purchased.
• Unauthorized removal of branding or copyright will result in:
  • Immediate suspension of your license.
  • Revocation of access to updates and customer support.
  • A requirement to purchase a branding removal license retroactively.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Under no circumstances will the Licensor be liable for damages arising from:
  • Use or inability to use the Add-On.
  • Loss of data, revenue, or profits, regardless of the cause.
• The Licensor's total liability is limited to the amount paid for the license.

7. Termination

• You may terminate this License at any time by:
  • Ceasing use of the Add-On.
  • Destroying all copies in your possession.
  • Providing written notice to the Licensor.
• If payment for the Add-On is reversed, charged-back, or refunded, your License will be immediately terminated. You must destroy all copies of the Add-On and cease its use.

8. Updates and Modifications to the Agreement

• This agreement is subject to change without prior notice.
• It is your responsibility to periodically review this License Agreement to remain informed of updates.

9. Acknowledgment

By purchasing, installing, or using the Add-On, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this License Agreement.
