XenCustomize Testimonials v2.3.6 released!​

Version 2.3.6 is one of our biggest updates yet for the Testimonials system. This release fully upgrades testimonial replies into a rich, modern comment system similar to what we use in News Publisher. Comments now support attachments, videos, reactions, moderation tools, inline moderation, alerts, and detailed permission controls for both users and moderators.

We've also added testimonial watching, so users automatically follow testimonials they interact with and get alerts on new comments. Visitors can now mark testimonials as read, and creators get notified when someone comments on their testimonial.

Admins get several new options, including comments per page, maximum comment length, and a flexible name fallback order. Behind the scenes, we updated all core tables to match the new (comment) content type and added new rebuild tools, templates, phrases, and routes to support the upgraded system.

This update also fixes missing alert handling, improves post-to-testimonial conversion, and adds missing ACP phrases. Version 2.3.6 brings major improvements to usability, performance, and consistency across the entire addon. Enjoy the upgrade!
