🔐 Privacy Improvements​

  • Added a separate new permission Download RSVP list for downloading RSVP CSV lists, so RSVP management access no longer automatically grants CSV export access.
  • Added a separate new permission Export personal data in RSVP lists for exporting personal data in RSVP CSV lists.
  • The Email column is now omitted from RSVP CSV exports unless the user has permission to export personal data.

🐞 Bug Fixes​

  • Fixed an error that could occur when deleting an RSVP status after upgrading to the new occurrence-aware RSVP system (Reported by @smallwheels).

📅 XenCustomize Events Manager v2.3.11.1 Released​

Events Manager v2.3.11.1 is a small but important maintenance update for the new RSVP system introduced in v2.3.11.

This release improves privacy control for RSVP CSV exports by separating RSVP management from CSV download access, and by adding a dedicated permission for exporting personal data such as email addresses.

We recommend all v2.3.11 customers upgrade to this release.

⚠️ Important Upgrade Note:
  • Please ensure all files are fully overwritten during upgrade.
  • After upgrading, review the new RSVP-related permissions in your event category permissions.
  • If you want selected organizers or moderators to download RSVP CSV lists, grant them the new Download RSVP list permission.
  • If you want selected trusted users to export email addresses in those CSV files, grant them the new Export personal data in RSVP lists permission.
